Error 123: Multi File Rename (F2)

Error 123: Multi File Rename (F2)

1275.

Create two files, name part length of 255
(I believe path length is immaterial. At least my paths were relatively short, < 48 chars.)

Select both
F2
Enter a character or two
Hit Return
-> Error 123:

One is not afforded a Retry.

(Also note, that in a mixed situation, where some files do not generate an Error 123 & some do, those that don't will be successfully renamed.)

Thank you for the bug report therube,

I have put on my TODO list to either :
Disable the OK button when the resulting filename would be invalid (basename length > 255)
-or-
Show an error on OK and allow the user to fix the issue.

Everything 1.5.0.1278a will now show an error message when any filename is invalid or too long.

This will allow you adjust the filename before any action is taken.

Unrelated: Everything 1.5.0.1278a will now cache property values like #width: and #height: in the multi-file renamer.
