No Folders Tab

I have just installed everything on Windows 8.1
I am trying to add some mapped drives and when I go to Tools>Options
The only tabs are
General:View:Volumes:Exclude:ETP/FTP:HTTP
I dont see any Folders Tab?

What should I do to get the folders tab
