Can't get Everything to load on startup

I did something quite a long time ago and made everything not load at startup, but now I would like to put it back to factory settings. I've tried putting a shortcut in the startup folder, and it loads, but it doesn't load minimized. BTW: I've searched the forum but could not find anything about this.

Edit: I've tried un-installing and re-installing, but still doesn't work. Plus, I forgot to say what a great piece of software this is

What version of Everything?

Use Everything 1.4.0.713b Beta & install the service.
