My PC is an HP Pavilion Laptop with Win10-64 (Anniversary update recently installed).
The latest Beta version (Everything-1.4.0.713b.x64-Setup.exe) installs OK, starts up, but then immediately crashes, with no error code output. This is consistently repeatable.
The current stable version (Everything-1.3.4.686.x64-Setup.exe) installs and runs just fine.
I would prefer to be using the Beta version.
If you would like a more useful error report, and if you tell me what I need to do to get a more useful error report about the crashing Beta, then I shall do it.
Thanks.
S.

Re: Everything v1.4.0.713b.x64 crashes at start (no error report)
After posting about the above error, I downloaded a fresh copy of Everything-1.4.0.713b.x64-Setup.exe (just in case the old one had been corrupted somehow) and installed it again.
After it crashed, I got these two reports (copied below) from the Event Viewer - Administrative Events - "General" tab:

Re: Everything v1.4.0.713b.x64 crashes at start (no error report)
I don't use Everything v1.4.0.719b (64-bit) since the rename function doesn't work yet, which is very necessary for me.

Thanks for the responses.
I'm not trying out any more Beta versions as I need to have something a bit more stable right now, so I have gone back to the latest stable version - v(1.3.4.865 (64) - though the Preview function (Ctrl+Q) doesn't seem to work in that - which is a tad annoying.
