Reading file lists from offline drive in 1.4.1.773b

Hi there, I lost a hard drive to a crash this morning. I'm trying to read a database containing the file list from the crashed drive, but when I open the database in readonly mode with everything -db x:\mydb.db -read-only the window is empty. No files are showing. I would've expected to see all the files within the database, or am I misunderstanding something?
