I see you have added ipc search client.
What exactly is Ipc, and what does the search client do?

IPC = Inter-Process Communication.

IPC allows other processes to communicate with Everything.

The Everything IPC provides a way for developers to easily and quickly perform an Everything search and get the results.

For example, the command line interface ES uses the Everything IPC to perform an Everything search and get the results.
