Can I use Everything with Firefox?

Hi there,

is It possible to use Everything on Firefox? as example, I'm looking often for mesh files etc. on some sites I'd like to right click on those to search them with Everything to get sure if I have those in my Computer. It'd make literally everything for me easier.
