Can not search files name with "+"

If I try to serch files which name contains "+" (such as "20100202+001") by
using "Everything" http server from Internet Explore's search engine, when
clicking search button "+" is always erased.(The other letters remain.)
How can I serch files whicn name contains "+"?
Is this a bug????

This is fixed (as long as you don't have Regex search enabled, obviously) in the non-release version 1.2.1.451a found in the following thread if you want to try it.
