Why it does not work, tested on different computers and it does not block!
I've added a test page.
Google Chrome pop-up settings - always not work
Re: Google Chrome pop-up settings - always not work
No popup blocker will be effective against all types of popups.
Some popups are specifically allowed, as it is.
(See other thread for those mentioned pertaining to Mozilla browsers.)
Likewise, extensions, as mentioned, may help.
The current version of NoScript, if that is your cup of tea, will now work in Chrome & that may help.

Also Chrome looks to show a wildcard for its' URI, so try something like, [*.]voidtools.com ?

I do not use NoScript because each page requires the ENABLED of Script, so do not suggest it.
Under no circumstances can ANY side be blocked.
Since I tried, I says NO, it means I've already tested. And it does not work. You can still open every page!
BadBrowser: JavaScript and Cookies need to be supported in order to use the site.
I have already tested it in various address type forms
