Everything is great and I have become completely dependent upon it. I also use TortoiseSVN, which shows up as an Explorer content menu item using a shell extension. Until recently, I could right-click on files in the Everything window and perform SVN actions on them. This was an extremely powerful combo and a HUGE timesaver for me at work.
Recently, it stopped working, and I'm not sure why. It may have been an update to Everything or to TortoiseSVN. The context menu item just doesn't show up when right-clicking in Everything (but it still works fine in Explorer).
If anyone could point me in the right direction on how to get this shell extensions working again within Everything, I would be immensely grateful. Thanks!
Windows shell extension no longer showing up in Everything
Re: Windows shell extension no longer showing up in Everything
I don't know the answer, but some thoughts to ponder ...
32 or 64 bit Windows? 32 or 64 bit SVN?

Re: Windows shell extension no longer showing up in Everything
Yes! That was it.
I forgot that when I recently updated TortoiseSVN, I uninstalled the 32-bit version because it seemed unncessary to have 2 versions installed. Now I know why I did. I reinstalled the 32-bit, and now it's back in Everything.
Thanks so much!
