Windows Service windows server 2012 - Everything stops after user log off

I am new to Search Everything. btw this is an amazing tool for searching files.

For testing - I have installed Everything on a Windows server as a service. I enabled HTTP.

The windows service seems to be working when the user logged into the server. It stops when the user logs off. Is this normal behavior of the tool?

I am searching using a web browser (Chrome).

It might be some confusion, but there are actually multiple services in Everything. You are probably referring to Menu:Tools > Options > General > Everything Service ?
That on is for other purposes.

Follow the instructions here to run Everything unattended (it says ETP Server, but is also valid for HTTP Server)
