Please try Everything 1.4.1.948 for a fix.

Everything 1.4.1.948 fixes an issue with gathering icons from really really long paths.

Everything 1.4.1.949 and later enables really long paths by default.

If you are using Everything 1.4.1.949 or later, please enable shell max path:
  • In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
    /shell_max_path=1
