Only some files/folders are searchable...

It seems I broke something... might have been during a system crash or maybe some search filter (though I've reset everything to default and tried installing the latest version)... Whatever the case is, now only a limited set of files and folders are searchable as compared to before...

I've installed the latest version.
I've gone through all the option tabs and selected "Restore Defaults".
I've made sure that Match Case/Whole Word/Path/Diacritics are all unselected.
I've made sure the "Everything" filter is selected.

Not sure what else to try. Anyone willing to help walk me through troubleshooting this? Thanks in advance!

Go into Tools -> Options -> Indexes and make sure you select all your NTFS drives under NTFS and all your FAT/exFAT drives under Folders. Then go under Indexes again and hit Force Rebuild.

I personally wish these drive and path selections were removed from the deep options and placed very intuitively under the File menu.
