Keyboard Shortcut to Open New Search Not Working

Hi,

Just had to reinstall.

Previously had keyboard shortcut to open new window as:

ctrl+shift+new

Worked fine.

Now, no shortcuts are working to open new windows.

Tried several different combinations.

What do you think is happening?

You can configure these shortcuts under Menu:Tools > OPtions > Keyboard:
