Folder search for specific name

Greetings,
I want to find folders with a specific name. Call the name xx.

If I type xx in the search bar I get a return of all folders which contain xx anywhere in the filename.
I want only folders with the name xx

I tried
attributes:<xx>

But this puts Everything into a seemingly unending query.

Suggestions?
