Http server not working on Windows 7 PC

I installed everything on a PC running Windows 7 system, and started the http server in the everything.
I found my pc's IP address from ipconfig:

I access http://127.0.0.1 with no problem found the erverything works, but when I try http://192.168.1.67, I got this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at 192.168.1.67 is taking too long to respond.

Please anybody help me.

It is firewall's problem! I turned it off, everything works!
