Not really familiar with RKill, but either it needs to close Everything to complete its task, or it is incorrectly finding Everything.exe as a malicious task.
Have you asked about it at bleepingcomputer forums?

My understanding of RKILL is that is run is windows “safe mode” only, (to be of value), to close down any programs that are not meant to be running in “safe mode”.
The reason being virus run in various forms, (memory/attached to windows programs); I was not aware that that “Everything” started up in safe mode.
If you are using RKILL not in safe mode, then, again to my understanding, you are not using RKILL it as it is meant to be.
