Searching on a partial name, it will match a particular folder on characters within the folder name, but not the first characters.
I have other folders it works fine.
See short video, but..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kF_59LC3Be4
Latest version. HOME options set per docs. Rebuilt indexes.
So for this directory:
E:\WebsitesArchive\42Freeway\_Unpublished\OIdmansCreekWoolwichWarehouses
Woolwich finds the directory, Creek finds the directory
BUT Oldmans does not! And its the start of the directory!
Any suggestions, or is this a bug?

Video link looks to want some sort of login (so not able to view it)?

Which is? (There are 1.4 & 1.5 alpha versions.)
Check your settings under Search.
Like maybe you have Case enabled & your search is "oldmans" (rather then "Oldmans")?

Aahh.. I didnt realize the Youtube Studio link was different than public link
This is the public YT Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kF_59LC3Be4
I am using: Version 1.4.1.1024 (x64)
i did adjust all of my settings to turn off all "case enabled" etc.
Now that i've put the right link it.. you'll see. only 1 min long or so.

Silly question, perhaps, but are you sure the filename is "oldmans" & not something like "o1dmans" [blown up, doesn't look like it] or "o|dmans" [no decender] or "0ldmans" [zero]?
Does "mans" turn up the directory?
Does "old" turn up the directory? ...
Does "big" turn up bigtimbercreek?

Could you please select the oldmans folder and press Ctrl + Shift + C to copy the filename to the clipboard.
Could you please paste the copied filename here.
My guess is there's a hidden diacritic mark.
