Tools | Options, remembers last category

Options opens to the last used category, which is nice.

Maybe expand that a bit, with Advanced in particular, to remember the last used 'Show settings containing:' &/or last selected setting (modified or not).

Can make it easier, when you're experimenting, tweaking a setting, where you can "just go back to it" rather then having to "drill back down to it" (again).

I will consider an option to remember the last "show settings containing" searches.

And in the same vein, if you jumped between

Options | Advance -> Show: custom

&

Keyboard -> Show: custom

(so long as you keep the dialog open) both sets of results are retained (which is nice).
