For Everything 1.4:

Please make sure neither Everything instance is running. (File -> Exit)

Copy the following files in %APPDATA%\Everything

Everything.ini
Search History.csv
Run History.csv
Filters.csv
Bookmarks.csv

to:

Everything-My Instance Name.ini
Search History-My Instance Name.csv
Run History-My Instance Name.csv
Filters-My Instance Name.csv
Bookmarks-My Instance Name.csv

where My Instance Name is your instance name.

For Everything 1.5:

To import your settings:
  • In Everything 1.5a, from the Tools menu, click Import and Export Settings.
  • Select Import settings.
  • Click Next.
  • Click Browse....
  • Select your Everything.ini and click Open.
  • Click Import.
  • Check Restart Everything.
  • Click Finish.

To import search history:

  • Click Import....
  • Select your Search History.csv file and click Open.
  • Click OK.
To import run history:
