Problem with exec in open and openpath

I have Windows 8 64bit
and i want to change default action for open and openpath in eveyrthing

so I add
fallowing

$exec("c:\Program Files (x86)\TC PowerPack 2\TCPowerPack.exe" /O /T "%1")

and i get

Code: Select all

Error: the system cannot find the file specified

but this file is there
i tried using short names and still the same

could anyone help me?

$exec("c:\Program Files (x86$)\TC PowerPack 2\TCPowerPack.exe" /O /T "%1")

Note the $) to escape the closing parenthesis.
