Frequent realignment of rows

Within the result with no search item - ie blank , whenever I click on a file either jpg or avi , there seems to be a quick realignment/ refresh of the screen , as if something has been added to the top and then removed. The clicked item seems to move downwards. Most probably Windows creates a temp link of the file MRU which also immediately gets indexed but in previous versions fitted to the bottom.Similarly as one is looking at the list , say some other installation is adding files up the vocabulary this would keep changing position I think. A small annoyance which can be opted for as a choice , if some wanted such items to be immediately indexed.

Try excluding *.lnk for exclude files from Tools -> Options -> Exclude.

Yes I will try to exclude the recent folder. But has the behavior really changed from 649b?

This effect should occur on all versions of Everything.

Run Everything with verbose debugging to catch the filename of the file being created / destroyed.

Ok, I will try to do that. In my XP system ,whenever I opened any jpg or avi file there was not much displacement , but perhaps this has got to do with the OS.

I have posted a verbose output of the related entries. 1. A html file displaces the row.
2.A gif file which stays put. 3. A xls file which displaces the row. Each detail is separated through a line of asterisks. The output volume is huge. I have copied the relevant (I believe) parts and pasted here.
