hope that the options to exclude folder lists and exclude file extensions can be turned on and off separately, instead of both taking effect when the "enable exclude list" checkbox is checked.

Omit Results in Everything 1.5 will support toggling a file extension exclusion list.

A toolbar button to toggle result omissions is on my TODO list.



For now, please consider adding a No Omit filter:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Search menu, click Add to filters....
• Change the Name to: No Omit
• Change the Search to:
  no-omit:
• Click OK.

Filters can be activated from the Search menu, Filter bar (View -> Filters), right clicking the status bar, filter macro or filter keyboard shortcut.
