Everything CLI: export-tsv option

Good evening,

Everything seems to be integrating a lot more options now to support the TSV format in addition to CSV. Please include an option to export as TSV directly within the es.exe program as well.

Since I'd not heard of "tsv" per se, Comparing TSV and CSV formats.
(Though any number of utilities have export abilities allow for any number of CSV "separators", be they comma or tab or...)
