Previewing Audio Files

Hi all,

I am wondering if there is a way to preview audio files within the everything app, rather than it opening a separate app (e.g. VLC)

If not, are there any plugins or scripts to do so for everything?

To show the preview pane in Everything:

• In Everything, from the View menu, check Preview.

Everything uses the system to render previews.


Windows comes with some builtin preview handlers for mp3 files, wav files etc.


Third party preview handlers can be installed.
