runcount: How to use it

runcount: the command, which is the number of times a file or folder was opened with Everythin software, does not include files or folders that were opened with Windows File Explorer

Of course not.
It doesn't also not count 3rd party file manager or application operations.
That would require that Everything runs a file system filter,
which hooks into all file operations on your system.
No one should want this.

I don't think Explorer itself keeps track of a run count. It only keeps track of most recently used (MRU) items (it's in the registry).
