allow_admin_options=0 Not Allowing, even when Run As Admin

allow_admin_options=0

in .ini is not allowing changes to the "General" options tab (The whole tab is greyed out) even when ES is run as Admin mode (shows "Administrator" when hovering over the Tray Icon.)

Is this normal?

I found out after a lot of troubleshooting to figure out why my options were greyed out. Had to do a meticulous comparison of old .ini files to get the answer. I forgot to turn off Windows group policies to run with Administrator privileges, so ES was running As Admin all the time. When trying to figure out why, I must have set allow_admin_options to 0, not realizing what it does.
...So, yes, the options are disabled when running in the Adimistrator account too.

This is normal.

admin settings will be blocked even when running as admin.

allow_admin_options can only be set in the Everything.ini in the same location as your Everything.exe.
