UAC prevent rus 3rd party layout switcher

Hello
I've notice that hotkey keyboard layout changing of typed word by Punto Switcher works in all other progs but not in Everything with UAC enabled (with disabled it works). Hotkey changing didn't help.

Is there any solution to keep UAC?
