Everything & UAC

Firstly, “Everything” is fantastic!! Fast and suits me well. 

I would dearly love to figure out how to have “Everything” start when Windows 10 starts up WITHOUT disabling UAC for the whole system. I just need to have UAC disabled for “Everything”.

(I've never used the installer, nor do I have Everything starting on system boot, but...)

Are you using the Everything service?
Not sure offhand whether enabling the service would cause a UAC prompt on boot or not?

I'm not sure what Everything service is. I did run the installer to install Everything on my Windows 10 System.

To run Everything on system startup without the UAC prompt:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab.
• Check Everything Service
• Uncheck Run as administrator
• Click OK.
