Everything Always started Minimized !

I'm Using The Latest Version Of Everything on Windows 7 -64Bit ..

Every time I'm Lunch Everything it's Start Minimized !

Why ?

Right click the "Everything" shortcut.

Make sure that Run is set to Normal Window.

Make sure there is no -startup parameter specified in the target.
