Please consider adding a filter to search only your C: drive:
  • In Everything, from the Search menu, click Add to Filters....
  • Change the Name to: C: drive only
  • Change the Search to: c:
  • Click OK.
This C: drive only filter can be accessed from the Search menu, the filter bar (View -> Filters), right clicking the status bar, the filters shortcut key or filters macro.

To make this Filter to be used always as the default Search, use
Options > Home (tab) > Filter

To completely not include other drives in Everything index, use
Options > NTFS (tab)
or
Options > Exclude (tab)
