Deleting Entries

I have a general question someone could possibly clue me in on.
I feel so stupid to be honest with you.

Attached is the list of files I am trying to delete.
They show up on Everything, however, I cannot right click on these items or delete them.
I also CAN'T find them on my computer to save my life.
Can't even see them using DOS.

I have used RevoUninstaller and nothing is listed their either.

Any suggestions how I can remove these files, if indeed they are still on my computer? The majority of them are .ffm and .xml files

Thanks to the possible replies, but I completed a registry clean, disk clean and reboot.
All files are gone now.

Sorry for the trouble.

Not sure how to close the topic/post.
Admin can do that for me.
