Ctrl + Shift Triggers unexpected Process

Hi everyone,

my Everything Show Windows Hotkey: Ctrl + Shift + F.
of some strange reason when the everything windows is in foreground.
sequence key of Ctrl + Shift switch Keyboard layout (En-RU) one direction.

Absolutely All windows switch Keyboard key combination are disabled expect default Win + Space

Ctrl + Shift switching Keyboard get triggered only in Everythings.
of course as a simple solution I can change the Everything Windows Hotkey. but it will affect my working flow habit.

any help please?

Does disabling the control shift action in Everything help?

To disable the control shift action in Everything:

• In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
  /control_shift_action=0

0 = do nothing
1 = change input
2 = change layout
3 = change input and layout (default)
